Seeded Granary

For those who love a healthy diet without compromising on taste!
Ingredients
This bread is made from 90% seeded granary flour and 10% strong white flour to give a little lighter texture. The final result is a darker and coarser dough packed with flavour but not too heavy.
Each loaf is rolled a mix of Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds just before the rising process to given it that added nutty flavour and rustic appearance.

This bread makes a great for dunking in those hot soups on a cold winters day. The nutty taste compliments most soup flavours without be overpowering and a couple of rolls is all that’s needed for a filling meal.
