This classic bread looks and tastes great. Made with extra yeast to give it a lovely flavour but also the very light and porous dough, great for mopping up bolognaise sauce!
Made from 100% white organic flour the dough is made very ‘wet’ with extra water and lots of extra virgin olive oil. Each loaf is then spiked with fresh rosemary, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt.

Tastes really good on its own but would accompany any mediterranean meals and toasts great for canapés!
